These Terms and Conditions apply to all Website Users, Browsers, Vendors, Customers, Merchants, Affiliate Programmers and/or Content Contributors.

Buying and selling
You can place your order on our website or social media (Facebook, Instagram). Before ordering any product, you can contact us for details about the product. Order according to your own judgment whether any product suits your skin.
Delivery time
In Dhaka city: Tk 80 for shipping and delivery within Dhaka city. Home delivery is done within 72 hours of ordering
Entire country: Delivery charge across the country except Dhaka is Tk 150. We provide home delivery within 3-6 days of ordering.
Your order will be shipped via a trusted courier service
We will provide a tracking number after your order is shipped, so you can easily track your package online
Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, natural disasters, strikes, blockades, and national highway congestion.
Refunds and returns
We follow secure ‘Delivery’ policy. Which is very important to ensure the authenticity of the product, maintain customer privacy and prevent adulteration or alteration of the product. If you have received a faulty or incorrect product from us, you can of course return it. We provide replacement or refund based on the following conditions.
If you find any defect in the product (damage, defective or incorrect product) upon opening the box, please contact our Customer Relationship Management Department with appropriate photos or videos as proof. You can contact via hotline number (+8801316501443).
Customer Relationship Management Department will decide product change or replacement based on discussion.
No exchange or refund for swatches / used and liquid / semi-liquid products.
Change of mind or smell, texture, color, design and product not liked after purchasing the product, in this case there is no opportunity for exchange or refund.
If you unseal the product or want to return the product as it does not suit you, your complaint will not be entertained.
If you have ordered a product by mistake, you will have the opportunity to exchange it. In that case you will have to bear the cost of returning the wrong product and resending the new product. (product return charge depends on the location.)
While returning a product, the original invoice paper, box, intact/undamaged product packaging should be returned along with the box.

Before buying any product from us check the product ingredients, expiry date.
We are not responsible if a product does not suit you or your skin after purchase.
