If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, we’ll arrange for a replacement. But some conditions apply. Those are:

📌We Need A Full length Video Proof of Opening the Parcel Package .

📌Used/ Swatched product will not be considered for exchange .

📌The Return Policy will not be valid after the seal is broken or if the product does not suit you.

📌If the customer chooses or places an order by themselves and wants to return/change the product (except damaged products) the request will not be accepted.
